Shipping policy

Every order ships free to all 50 states, with no minimum. We currently ship to the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses.

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays start processing the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and can stretch during peak holiday season or severe weather.

Holiday orders

Ordering a gift? To arrive before December 25, please order by December 10. We'll post updates on our homepage as the date gets close.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show its first update.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before the order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once the shipping cost is covered.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email support@shopmoozie.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if the package is lost.

Taxes and duties

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. There are no import duties charged to US customers.
