These terms apply to your use of shopmoozie.com (the "Site") and any purchase from it. The Site is operated by Shop Moozie, a business of a Wyoming limited liability company ("Moozie", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to show products, colors, and sizes accurately, but screens vary and slight differences may occur. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or stock issues, and will refund any payment in full if we do.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and our free first size exchange are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Product use and safety

Always supervise your child while they wear our products. Follow the care and safety information on the product page and label. Our clothing is not intended as sleepwear unless clearly stated.

7. Promotions

Discounts and offers (such as "Buy 2, Save 10%") apply only as described, cannot be combined unless stated, and may end at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the Moozie name, logo, photos, and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
